Mlle. Denise returns to witness the arrival of her dog’s puppies and to reconnect with Jed. They engage in some playful romance during her visit. However, Mrs. Drysdale is far from pleased when she realizes that the puppies resemble Duke the bloodhound much more than they do Claude the poodle.
