Episode Overview

Micah and Stephanie, married for a few years, are eager to find a place to call home. Working downtown, they want something close by but can't stretch their budget for a fully renovated house. With the assistance of the Property Brothers, Drew and Jonathan, they opt for a fixer-upper in an ideal location. However, after purchasing the aged property, they discover more problems than expected, leading them to question their choice. It's up to the Property Brothers to guide them through the renovation and transform the house into their dream downtown residence.
