As a space rocket is being moved across the Allington Bridge, disaster strikes when the structure gives way, dropping the rocket into the river below. This unexpected fall triggers its automatic countdown sequence. In a race against time, International Rescue is summoned to rescue the crew and prevent the rocket from launching while they are still trapped.
