Meanwhile, in the loft, Tom, Richard, Roger, and Steve take a closer look at two mysterious items, attempting to figure out their purposes. Later, Richard assists a homeowner from the Chicago area in adding insulation to protect his bathroom pipes from freezing during the cold months.
