Johnny grows increasingly frustrated with Hugh's incessant "no" responses. In a bid for change, he enlists the help of Susan and Mary to create a new father figure. However, when this new dad encounters the plutonium intended for Susan and Mary, the situation quickly spirals out of control, leading to unexpected and chaotic consequences.
