As Vinnie keeps watch over Rudy, he discovers that Grosset's father-in-law has also been attacked, igniting a power clash among the mobsters. In a bid for Vinnie's support, Albert reveals his scheme to bring millions of dollars' worth of heroin into the country. Seizing the opportunity, Vinnie approaches the Commission to assert his claim for Rudy's position at the table.
