Dark Skies (1996)

Episode Overview

After the election of President John F. Kennedy, Kimberly Sayers arrives in Washington D.C. and secures a position at the White House, while her boyfriend, John Loengard, begins his role as an aide to Congressman Charles Pratt. John's assignment leads him to investigate UFO sightings, where he encounters a couple who claim they were abducted by aliens. Meanwhile, he crosses paths with the enigmatic Navy Captain Frank Bach, who has a past linked to UFOs and the downing of spy pilot Francis Gary Powers over the Soviet Union while chasing an alien craft. Despite warnings about the dangers, John is drawn into the secretive Project Majestic, which includes the shocking revelation of an alien body. Keeping this from both Kim and his boss, John is tasked with interviewing an Idaho farmer who has been overtaken by a parasitic alien organism, as Kimberly begins to question John's increasingly suspicious activities.
