Episode Overview
When a local thug shoots a police officer, Kojak is determined to bring the perpetrator to justice. However, his investigation is complicated by the interference of FBI agents who are meant to assist him. Undeterred, Kojak decides to follow the lead on his own, which ultimately leads him to a hideout in California where the criminal is in hiding.
