Episode Overview

With Rawlinson’s death, the once orderly underworld falls into chaos, prompting gangsters from the Asian, West Indian, and white communities to seek a new leader. Meanwhile, the police have released John Kline from prison, a man who just might be the prime candidate to fill Rawlinson’s shoes. As factions vie for power, the streets become a hotbed of tension and ambition.
