Fred is unwilling to settle his bills and decides to toss them in the trash, insisting that they never reached him. He tries to prolong the services for as long as possible. Soon after, Fred gets notices threatening to cut off his gas, electricity, and other utilities, along with warnings of furniture repossession if he fails to make payment.
