Episode Overview

Jed feels bad that Granny is left to handle the mansion's cleaning on her own. He mentions this to Mr. Drysdale, who offers to find a housekeeper to give Granny a break. Jed warns him that persuading Granny to accept help will be a challenge. Undeterred, Mr. Drysdale brings in a supposedly “affordable” housekeeper named Mrs. Meek. After convincing Granny to give her a chance, it turns out Mrs. Meek is a nightmare. In the end, Miss Jane helps her land a job as a prison guard, allowing Granny to happily return to her chores.
