Episode Overview
The 14th precinct is called to assist with the annual New York City marathon. Among the runners is a white athlete from South Africa who has received threatening messages warning her not to participate. Cagney and Lacey are tasked with persuading her to withdraw from the race, but if they fail, their next duty is to ensure her safety during the event.
