In 1954, nine-year-old Otis Petrowski said goodbye to his mother in a mental hospital. More than five decades later, the investigation is reignited when Detective Rush uncovers the death of an elderly woman who had been living under Otis' mother’s name. Determined to find answers, Rush embarks on a quest to uncover the truth about what happened to Otis' real mother.
