After Whitey kicks Lucas and Nathan off the bus for their bad behavior on the basketball court, the brothers find themselves abandoned 30 miles from home. Things take a dangerous turn when they cross paths with a group of thugs who brandish a gun. Meanwhile, Brooke, who was hurt during the game, relies on Peyton to take her home, leading Peyton to unexpectedly reach out to Haley for assistance. At the same time, Karen and Keith are at a business event where tensions rise when Dan and Deb end up at their table.
