To evaluate the chefs' ability to collaborate, Chef Ramsay organizes a fast-paced breakfast competition for local police officers in Connecticut. Later, during an intense dinner service, both the Red and Blue teams struggle at the fish and meat stations, leading to a tense showdown with Chef Ramsay, who is not pleased with their performance.
