Joe Hardy continues to be tormented by thoughts of his late fiancée, yet he must concentrate on the investigation when Jocco's girlfriend catches him speaking with the police. At the same time, Frank Hardy steps in to assist Joe by going undercover himself. However, Jocco discovers Frank’s intentions and ensnares him in a dangerous spot filled with sharks.
