Every month, the girls eagerly attend a vibrant, predominantly Black barbecue event known as Chunky Sunday. However, when Jayla decides to forego the BBQ to catch Harold's attention at an upscale business luncheon, Kaitlin frantically searches for another Black friend to join them. Meanwhile, Shelby grapples with her own feelings of belonging within the group.
