Sheriff Bret surprises both himself and the residents of the town by managing to control the trail herders who have been causing chaos. He outsmarts a group of bank robbers, turning the tables on them. However, when he finds himself captivated by a woman's beauty, he ends up needing his brother Bart's help to get out of a sticky situation in his own jail.
