Episode Overview
A famous celebrity visits the Ross family, sparking a rivalry between Emma and Jessie as they both vie for his attention. Meanwhile, Zuri and Luke entertain themselves by making prank phone calls. The celebrity expresses interest in taking Jessie out, but Emma inadvertently sabotages the moment. Meanwhile, Bertram puts on a show of being busy while Mr. Ross is around.
