As the arraignment kicks off for those arrested in the raid, Greggs and McNulty work to persuade Hardcase to become an informant. Meanwhile, Barksdale puts a hit out on his rival, Omar. In a different part of the city, McNulty takes Bubbles on an outing to explore some culture, while Herc and Carver focus their efforts on locating Bodie.
