While visiting one of his favorite homes during Santa's delivery rounds, Scott Calvin reflects on how quickly twenty-eight years have passed since he took on the role. To complicate things, his magical abilities start to weaken. Determined to regain his Santa spirit, Scott puts in the effort to train, but the next Christmas brings even greater challenges.
