One Direction is set to perform on iCarly, but Harry falls ill, prompting Carly to take care of him. Suspecting that Harry is feigning his illness for attention, Carly and the others devise a scheme to motivate him to rejoin the band by claiming Gibby has joined as their latest member. In a parallel storyline, Spencer takes on the role of a personal trainer and gives a spoiled girl a complete makeover.
