Mr. Bean agrees to look after Irma’s dog, Mopsy, but quickly discovers the little pooch has a mind of its own. What starts as a simple favor turns into a battle of wills—with Mopsy constantly outsmarting him at every turn. As Bean tries to keep control, it becomes clear that Mopsy is the one truly calling the shots. The question remains: who’s really in charge here?
