Mr Bean finds himself reluctantly in charge of Mrs Wicket’s young nephew for the day, tasked with supervising the boy during an Outward Bound outdoor course. Chaos erupts as Bean’s clumsy attempts at navigation, shelter-building, and campfire cooking go hilariously wrong. Meanwhile, the nephew proves far more capable than expected, leaving Bean trailing behind in a muddy, tangled mess. By day’s end, both have survived—though Mrs Wicket may have second thoughts about ever leaving the two alone again.
