Donning a makeshift costume, he clumsily patrols the neighbourhood, determined to catch the crook. His bumbling attempts lead him through a series of mishaps, but sheer luck and unexpected timing finally bring him face-to-face with the culprit. In the end, Bean’s unconventional heroics recover the stolen goods, though not without leaving a trail of chaos behind.
