Mr Bean packs Teddy for a day at the seaside, excited for some sandy fun. But his plans hit a snag when a bratty little girl spots Teddy and demands him as her own. She snatches him away, leaving Mr Bean to scheme up increasingly desperate ways to get his beloved teddy back.
