Kate shocks Lewis by confessing her feelings for Drew, leading her to refuse assistance with Drew's plot to attract a colleague, which sparks jealousy within her. Following a change in their insurance provider, all Winfred-Louder staff are required to complete physical exams to retain health benefits. Oswald proposes that Lewis take the physical on Drew's behalf. While their plan works, the exam includes a psychological evaluation, and Lewis’s responses lead everyone to think Drew is unhinged. Taking advantage of the situation, Drew tries to dodge work but ultimately must see the store therapist. Dr. Zinneman discovers Drew didn’t take the test and insists he must complete the physical himself. Concerned about Drew's self-esteem, he advises him to steer clear of relationships for now, leaving Kate to pause her plans to express her feelings for him.
