Episode Overview

Mike makes an effort to explain the Challenger space shuttle disaster to his students, particularly Punky, whose aspiration is to be an astronaut, despite her peers thinking she’s out of her mind. To inspire her, Mike arranges for Punky to meet the renowned astronaut Buzz Aldrin. Meanwhile, Henry feels awkward when Buzz notices him in a dress. The reason for Henry's unusual attire is that Betty needed a mannequin to fit the dress while she was sewing it, leading to this embarrassing situation.
