Lou lands in Manila, the bustling heart of the Philippines, with a mission to explore Bilibid, the largest prison in the world, and to penetrate the notorious Commandos gang. In this country, street and prison gangs operate independently, but one strict rule stands: no outsiders are allowed. During his time at Bilibid, Lou observes a brutal initiation ritual and discovers that a volatile gang conflict is brewing both behind bars and on the streets.
