Mike Pollard, a mechanic with one arm and a past as a police officer, is tricked into creating new assault vehicles for the Shadow Master. Once he comes to terms with the consequences of his actions, Mike crafts an attack car for the Double Dragons, joining forces with them to put an end to the Shadow Master’s plans.
