Episode Overview
In Dallas, Tod and Buz are thrilled to be at a hotel that's hosting a convention for secretaries. However, their excitement turns to horror when Caine, a religious serial killer with nerve gas, abducts Buz. Caine demands that the city "repent" or he will take Buz's life.
