When a storm hits Wheelford, Scootio's tablet malfunctions, prompting her friends to venture to Windshield Point for assistance. Upon arrival, they discover that the large satellite dish is damaged. Ricky and Loop take on the challenge, scaling the satellite tower to repair the dish and restore Scootio's connection.
