Episode Overview
Kay questions the reliability of Murphy's informant and insists on meeting him. To protect the source's identity, Murphy and Frank agree to employ a decoy. However, they both end up hiring someone for the role. The impersonator Frank recruits, a clerk from a video store, jumps at the chance to be on TV and informs Kay that he will pose as the informant on the show.
