Meanwhile, devoted family man Dave is tasked with towing the vehicle of an angry father with twins. Yolanda insists that a man can’t retrieve his impounded car without his mother-in-law present. Meanwhile, Tiffany takes advantage of her ticket "genie" to uncover those who are parked illegally.
