Mr. Geary attempts to enter Ul Qoma but is captured by Breach and sent back to America. Meanwhile, Borlú suspects that the nationalist group, True Citizen, may be connected to Mahalia's murder. The investigation is subsequently transferred to the Ul Qoma Militsya.
