Avedon undergoes a lie-detector test and is subsequently granted bail. However, Grasso seeks to have the bail revoked after Melissa presents a damaging sex tape as evidence. At the same time, Hoffman is busy defending a police detective, Joe Spano, who is facing allegations of excessive force following his response to a domestic disturbance call.
