Plot

In the harsh landscape of a Managua trash dump community, a girl named Ileana shines with a lightning-bright smile despite her pain. Her tragic story unfolds through the intertwined lives of American musician Brad Corrigan, a Nicaraguan taxi driver, and Pastor Bismark Rocha.
