In Dunedin, New Zealand, a university student stumbles upon a house that looks long deserted—yet it still has electricity running. He invites a group of fellow students to move in, thrilled by the free rent. But as they settle in, an unsettling truth emerges: the house isn’t truly abandoned, and its hidden occupant has no intention of leaving quietly.
