Plot
Following the 1988 Seoul Olympics, Ji Kang-heon, serving a seven-year sentence, manages to escape from a police transport along with fellow inmates. Once free, Ji Kang-heon and his accomplices unleash chaos across Seoul, taking hostages and instilling fear in the city as they navigate their newfound freedom.
