Two Bits & Pepper (1995)
Plot
Two hopelessly dim-witted kidnappers—so stupid they can’t even add one plus one—snatch two young girls and demand a ransom. Both bumbling crooks are oddly played by Joe Piscopo. But just like in *Home Alone*, the girls turn the tables, outsmarting and humiliating their captors. Things get even more absurd when two talking horses decide to step in and rescue the kids themselves.
